The Feedback Hub Cookies Policy
Cookies are small files containing letters and numbers which websites might commonly place on your computer. At The Feedback Hub we keep the use of cookies at a minimum and will not place a cookie on your computer unless it is absolutely necessary to allow you to browse the site or complete a survey. Below is a list of cookies we use and details of what is stored in each:
User
Some pages in The Feedback Hub let you sort by particular columns, or show particular chart types. This cookie is simply a record of your preferences so that information on the site is presented to you in your preferred format. No personally identifiable information is stored in this cookie.
Authentication
This cookie remains on your computer for two weeks after you use The Feedback Hub and simply contains information to allow us to recognise which user you are. It also allows us to remember which user you are when you visit us again. This allows us to sign you in without you having to log in each time you visit The Feedback Hub if you select remember me when you log on.
Survey Tracking
When respondents access a survey we need this cookie to associate that respondent with our records of their response. It allows us to follow how far they’ve got and also load up the survey if they close it and want to continue it later. This cookie stays on the user’s computer for 365 days.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track where people come from when they visit The Feedback Hub and assess the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns. Google Analytics creates cookies on your computer which we have no control over, however, none of the cookies or information gathered contains anything which could identify you personally because we only receive the data in an aggregated format.
