If you are a Respondent, we may collect information from you of a varying nature depending on the questions our Clients choose to ask.

The Feedback Hub provides services to Clients of CXCO Ltd and our partners. The Feedback Hub acts as a data processor on behalf of a data controller (Our Client) who has contracted CXCO Ltd (or one of our Partners) to provide survey services. The data controller instructs CXCO Ltd (or one of our Partners) to invite survey responses from their customers, employees or other stakeholders using The Feedback Hub. Personal data such as email addresses and names will be securely transferred by the data controller (Client) to The Feedback Hub, where it will be used to address invites to complete surveys.
The data contained in any responses to surveys will analysed in accordance with the services contracted by the data controller (Client).

The Feedback Hub, CXCO, and our Partners act as a data processor on behalf of our clients.
