Respondents – are individuals who are invited to complete surveys

Clients – are organisations which have contracted CXCO Ltd or our Partners to undertake surveys of their customers, employees, or other stakeholders (Respondents). These organisations will have accounts set up for their employees to be able to review survey responses and reports, these account users are Clients.

 

Information we collect from you

When you visit, register or complete a survey at thefeedbackhub.com you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, and contact details. We do not collect any financial information at thefeedbackhub.com such as credit card or bank details.

If you are a Respondent, we may collect information from you of a varying nature depending on the questions our Clients choose to ask.

We may also collect information about your usage of our website as well as information about you from messages you post to the website and e-mails or letters you send to us.

To maintain customer service standards and to assist staff training, we may record and monitor telephone calls.

Use of Your Information – Clients

The Feedback Hub provides services to Clients of CXCO Ltd and our partners. If you are a Client, your information will enable us to provide you with access to all parts of our website and to supply the services you or your company have requested. We will also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business.

In particular, we may use your information to contact you for your views on our services and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the website or our services but only if you have indicated that you would like to be contacted on this basis.

Use of Your Information – Respondents

The Feedback Hub acts as a data processor on behalf of a data controller (Our Client) who has contracted CXCO Ltd (or one of our Partners) to provide survey services. The data controller instructs CXCO Ltd (or one of our Partners) to invite survey responses from their customers, employees or other stakeholders using The Feedback Hub. Personal data such as email addresses and names will be securely transferred by the data controller (Client) to The Feedback Hub, where it will be used to address invites to complete surveys.

The data contained in any responses to surveys will analysed in accordance with the services contracted by the data controller (Client).

Disclosure of your Information

We handle your information differently depending on our relationship with you.  If you are a Respondent or a Client, please see the applicable section below for information.

Respondents

The Feedback Hub, CXCO, and our Partners act as a data processor on behalf of our clients.  Your data will be made available only to the data controller, who is the individual or organisation whom you have authorised to collect data from you by way of a survey created by the data processor. The Feedback Hub, CXCO and our partners’ staff only have interaction with your data in order to manage survey project, analyse feedback results or in the case of a technical issue and for a specific reason.  In each case, this is authorised by the data controller.

We will not transfer your data outside of the European Economic Area.

Clients of The Feedback Hub, CXCO, and our Partners

The information you provide to us may be accessed by or given to third parties who act for us for the purposes set out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you.
